Getting a site plan of your property has never been easier.

Simply supply the address and any information you think we should have. We do the rest!

1. Order the site plan that best suits your needs.

We offer simple, medium, and full detail site plans. Your building department should be able to tell you which one you need. Otherwise, pick the one you think is best. We can always upgrade the plan later.

2. Provide the address and additional information.

Once you select the site plan that suits your needs, you will be asked for your address. Select any additional options you may need included on your site plan. Also, upload any files that might be helpful, such as surveys, deeds, and sketches.

When you're done entering the information, click "Add to cart". You will be directed to check out.

3. Your order is assigned to a designer.

Your designer will look up the property and make sure that we have all of the information that is needed to prepare your plan.

If more information is needed, we will email you. If for some reason we are unable to find the necessary data, we will issue a full refund and email you to inform you. However, this does not happen often.

4. Your site plan is designed using AutoCAD.

AutoCAD is professional, computer-aided drafting software. Measurements will be checked with your county records for accuracy.

5. Your site plan will be delivered.

The site plan will be sent to you via email as a PDF in the standard size of 11" x 17" unless you specify differently.

6. Need a change?

If you review your plan and see something that needs to be changed, no problem! Just email us. We will make the requested adjustments for NO extra charge.
