Our medium detail plans include existing structures, trees, driveway, pool, and other major features while excluding details such as landscaping, paths, and parking spaces. If you have a vision for a non-existing structure on your property, we also provide the option to add it to the plan. This type of plan is the most common and essential document needed for obtaining building permits.
